FlagshipFlagship audience engine

The Clip Docket

A YouTube-first legal and law-enforcement commentary brand built around public records, body-camera footage, compelling cases, humor, and personality-driven analysis.

The Clip Docket is built as a repeatable content engine: a consistent editorial voice applied to a deep, continuously renewing well of public-record material.

Its role in the portfolio is structural. Audience developed here becomes the distribution advantage for publishing, music, gaming, and children's media.

Role in the ecosystemAcquires attention at the top of the ecosystem and converts it into durable trust that every other property can draw on.

Digital Hoarder Music & Publishing

1 property

Digital Hoarder Music is the company's independent record label and music-production division. Digital Hoarder Publishing is its in-house music-publishing imprint. Two distinct rights sit behind every song — the sound recording and the underlying composition — and they are handled separately.

Recorded Music / Label

Artist development, music production, releases, master recordings, distribution, marketing, master-side revenue, and master-use licensing.

Music Publishing

Musical compositions and lyrics, songwriter and ownership data, registrations, publishing and mechanical royalties, catalog administration, and composition-side licensing.

Producing, releasing, distributing, or collaborating on a recording does not by itself transfer either copyright. Digital Hoarder Publishing owns or administers only rights properly controlled or assigned to it; Mark Gaitan (RelateOne) retains his personal songwriter credit and writer interests. Sync placements can require clearance of both the master and the composition, and the company is positioned to coordinate both where it controls the applicable rights.

DevelopingDeveloping artist property

Abigail V.

A developing Pop/R&B music venture with original releases and additional recorded material.

Artist development is treated as brand development: identity, catalog, and audience built deliberately rather than chased release to release.

Original releases are out, with additional recorded material held for a planned rollout.

Recordings and the compositions behind them are treated as separate rights. Any artist or collaborator interest is defined only by written, project-specific agreements.

Role in the ecosystemAnchors Digital Hoarder Music & Publishing — the label side develops and releases the recordings, while the publishing side handles the underlying songs.

FlagshipCompleted novel; universe in development

The Soul Trade

A completed urban-fantasy novel designed as the beginning of a larger book and screen universe, with The Signal Rebellion in development.

The Soul Trade is developed as intellectual property first and a book second: characters, world, and narrative architecture designed to travel across formats.

The Signal Rebellion extends the same universe and is in development.

Role in the ecosystemConverts trust into owned intellectual property — an asset that can be licensed, extended, and adapted over time.

DevelopingScripted comedy in development

Los Italianos

A scripted comedy about three Mexican friends who take over an old Italian restaurant and pretend to be Italian.

The series follows the trio as they navigate business pressure, neighborhood expectations, and personal chaos behind the act.

Complicating everything: the former owner's questionable connections never quite left the building.

Role in the ecosystemA character-driven comedy franchise candidate with clear episodic structure and broad casting appeal.

DevelopingScripted drama in development

Tether

An urban-fantasy family suspense story about abuse, inherited control, love, and parenthood.

Tether follows a family attempting to break a father's destructive hold as it repeats across generations.

The urban-fantasy frame is used to make inherited control literal without softening the human stakes.

Role in the ecosystemAnchors the scripted slate with grounded, high-tension drama built on the same world-building discipline as the novels.

DevelopingCollaborative project in development

Increase the Piece

An R-rated entrepreneurial satire about male insecurity, anonymous delivery, and an enlargement business that discovers women may be its real customers.

The story follows a discreet, anonymous-delivery enlargement business whose operators discover their assumed market was never the real one.

Project collaborator: Will Abram (Dick Black).

Role in the ecosystemA comedic satire on modern commerce and marketing — the one collaborative project in the portfolio.

ConceptProduct concept

EZ-Lote

A simplified Mexican street-corn seasoning concept.

The concept reduces a familiar street-corn flavor profile to a simple, repeatable at-home format.

It remains a concept and is presented as such.

Role in the ecosystemA consumer-product concept that can be introduced through owned audience rather than paid acquisition.

Every venture answers the same question.

Does this strengthen the ecosystem? If a property does not build audience, deepen trust, create IP, or open a monetization path for what is already owned, it doesn't get built.
