Investors & Partners
We build digital assets that compound in value over time.
Digital Hoarder Media operates as a founder-owned holding company: audiences are acquired deliberately, intellectual property is created and owned by Mark Gaitan (RelateOne) and held or developed through the company, and revenue is reinvested into assets with long duration. Conversations with investors and partners are handled privately and directly.
Opportunity Types
Four ways to work with us.
Strategic Partnerships
Long-horizon relationships with operators, platforms, and rights holders where distribution, capability, or catalog is mutually amplified.
Brand Sponsorships
Media integrations, branded content, and production partnerships built into editorial formats rather than bolted onto them.
Project Investment
Participation at the level of a single property — a title, release, or production — with clearly defined scope.
Company Investment
Participation at the holding-company level, across the full portfolio of audiences, properties, and owned IP.
Portfolio Thesis
Audience is the engine. Ownership is the asset.
Attention is the scarcest input in modern media, and the only reliable way to secure it is to earn it repeatedly. Our media properties exist to do exactly that — build audience in categories with deep, renewable source material.
Audience alone is fragile. Owned intellectual property is not. By converting trust into books, catalog, games, and original characters and worlds, the company builds assets that hold value independently of any single platform.
Music is structured the same way. Digital Hoarder Music holds the label and master-recording side; Digital Hoarder Publishing holds the composition side. That separation lets the company build value on both sides of a song and coordinate sync licensing across master and composition where it controls the applicable rights.
Diversified revenue across media, publishing, music, gaming, and creative services means no single channel determines the outcome. Reinvestment is disciplined and directed at whichever asset compounds fastest.
Why Digital Hoarder Media
Structural advantages, not slogans.
- Repeatable content engine
- Production is systematized, so output does not depend on a single moment of inspiration or a single format.
- Cross-venture audience leverage
- Audience developed by one property becomes the launch advantage for the next.
- Owned intellectual property
- Books, catalog, characters, games, and product concepts are created and owned by founder Mark Gaitan (RelateOne) and held or developed through the company — not rented from a platform.
- Multiple monetization paths
- Advertising, sponsorship, direct sales, licensing, and services reduce dependence on any single channel.
- Disciplined reinvestment
- Returns are cycled back into audience and IP development, where they compound.
For Brands
Integrations built inside the edit.
Sponsorship works when it belongs to the format. We develop media integrations, branded content, original production, and strategic activations that fit the editorial voice of the property rather than interrupting it.
Scope, placement, and terms are defined per partnership in private conversation. We do not publish packages or rate cards.
