About

An independent media company built like a portfolio.

Digital Hoarder Media was formed around a simple observation: modern media rewards whoever can earn attention repeatedly and hold onto what they create. Most creative output is rented — to a platform, a client, or a trend. We build to own.

The company operates as a holding company and venture studio. Media properties develop audience. Book and scripted publishing, gaming, children's media, and consumer products convert that audience into intellectual property. On the music side, Digital Hoarder Music operates as the independent record label and production division and Digital Hoarder Publishing operates as the in-house music-publishing imprint — presented together as Digital Hoarder Music & Publishing. Every part is designed to make the others stronger.

The portfolio is created and owned by Mark Gaitan, professionally known as RelateOne, and is held or developed through Digital Hoarder Media. Select collaborators may contribute at the individual-project level; project-level collaboration is noted directly on the property it applies to.

Mission

Build audiences worth trusting, own the intellectual property they make possible, and scale digital brands that hold value over time.

Operating Principles

How the company works.

Own the audience

Reach that can be revoked is borrowed. We build direct relationships and formats that travel with us.

Ship consistently

Consistency outperforms intensity. Systems and production discipline carry the output, not bursts of effort.

Own what we make

Where possible, we hold the rights. Ownership is what converts creative work into company value.

Build for duration

We choose categories, formats, and properties that can still matter years from now.

Reinvest with intent

Capital and attention are routed to the assets that compound, not to the ones that feel exciting.

Concentrate, then expand

New ventures start only when the existing ones are stronger for it.

The Filter

“Does this strengthen the ecosystem?”

One question governs what the company builds, buys, partners on, and declines. If an opportunity does not build audience, deepen trust, create ownable IP, or open a monetization path for what we already own, it is a distraction — regardless of how good it looks on its own.
